Card cover

A little love, from all of us

A card for Alex

Thank you for everything, Alex. Here’s to time for the things you love.

3 messages, just for you

Bring the whole working life together.

1. Make it theirs

Start with a farewell design and edit the greeting to celebrate their retirement.

2. Invite everyone to sign

Pass the signing link to current and former teammates. Give everyone a date to add their memories before the celebration.

3. Share the finished card

Get the recipient link and send it in your own message when you are ready. We do not email the recipient for you.

A FEW WORDS TO GET YOU STARTED

What to write in a retirement card

Celebrate what they meant to people, not just the years they worked. Share a specific memory and make room for whatever they want to do next.

For a mentor

You always made time for my questions. Thank you for helping me find my feet and trust my own judgement.

For a longtime teammate

From our first project to our last coffee break, working with you has been a pleasure. I will miss our everyday conversations.

For their next chapter

Wishing you slow mornings, good company, and plenty of time for the things you have been looking forward to.

From the whole team

Your care and experience have shaped this team. Thank you for everything you leave with us, and enjoy what comes next.

Before you start

Is the card free?

Yes, for now. No payment details are needed. If we add paid cards later, we will show the price before you pay. Cards you made for free will not be charged later.

Does everyone need an account?

No. The organiser gives an email address so we can send their private edit link. Signers need only their name and message; their email is optional.

How many people can sign?

Each card can hold up to 500 messages. People can add photos or GIFs with image links and choose a font for their words.

Who can read or change the card?

Anyone with the recipient link can read the card. The signing link lets people add messages. Keep the organiser’s edit link private; it controls the design and access to the other links.

Can former colleagues sign too?

Yes. Anyone you give the signing link to can add a message without an account. Share it directly with the people you want to include; keep the organiser’s edit link private.
